Where a mandate is shared, it is shared only with non-competing companies, and the contacts, information and work product generated for your mandate are yours.

We do not guarantee a number of meetings, leads or sales. We guarantee that the objective is agreed in advance, that the work is carried out against it, and that you receive a factual account of what happened.

Important limit

Continuum Africa does not negotiate or sign agreements on behalf of clients. The mandate covers representation, introductions and information gathering only.

Anyone who needs a factual record of what is actually happening at a location or event — site or project progress, a delivery, a handover, or activity taking place — without travelling there. Companies, organisations, institutions and people living abroad.

Attendance at the agreed location or event

Geolocation coordinates recorded at the time of the visit
A factual written report against the points you agree in advance
Delivered within 48 business hours of the visit

The result

You do not need to travel to see for yourself. The visit is carried out under Continuum Africa's responsibility, and you receive a clear factual record of what was observable within 48 business hours.

What this does not include

A Field Report describes what was observable at a specific point in time. It is not due diligence, an investigation, a legal or title verification, a financial assessment, a technical inspection, a certification, a compliance audit or a security assessment. It does not establish ownership, legitimacy, solvency or compliance, and it does not assess whether a person or company is trustworthy or safe to transact with.

How we work

Every Field Report follows the same method. The points to be observed are agreed in writing. A check for any conflict of interest before we accept. A review of what you have supplied. Attendance recorded with date, time and geolocation coordinates. Photographs time-stamped. The report separates what was observed, what was stated by others, what you supplied, and what could not be established. Deviations from your agreed points are recorded as found. The report does not offer analysis, opinion or assessment.

Consultancies, research firms, agencies and other professional-services companies may have the client and the assignment but need execution capacity in a specific Francophone West African market. Continuum Africa can carry out an agreed portion locally or regionally, including discreet delivery under your brand where agreed. You retain the client relationship. Confidentiality, conflicts, scope, evidence standards and reporting are agreed in writing.
